LOCAL & GLOBAL EVANGELISM Matt 28:16-20All people matter to God & therefore should matter to the church. Jesus asked his church to reach out to each generation & people group & tell them that salvation is through Christ alone, not by works or human effort. Therefore helping the poor & assisting people to move closer to God & his wisdom is important to us.
EXCELLENCEThis honors God & inspires people. Col 3:23; 1 Cor 10:31. We encourage giving everything our best effort. We don’t think God deserves half heartedness & mediocrity. Mal 1
FAMILIES Families are God's building blocks for society, therefore this church values, encourages & protects: Parents, Marriage, Children & the Home. We work hard to develop initiatives that minister to all family members. 1 John 2:3-6

GIFTS/MINISTRIESAs a community of people we celebrate the training & releasing of each other to joyfully & generously use our gifts, abilities, time & resources in God honoring ways. We encourage creativity & accountability in the outworking of these ministries, as well as training & development that improves our abilities.) Eph 4:11 1Cor 12
LEADERSHIPChurches should be led by people with this gift. They provide church government, vision, teaching of truth & oversight of the church family. We value & do all we can to embrace & model the requirements of leaders as expressed in Timothy & Titus. Leaders also support & protect other leaders & their initiatives.
LIFE GROUPS- Acts 5:42 In these environments life change & maturity happens best, because they provide close authentic communities that people hunger for. These groups play an important role in strengthening peoples lives through love, loyalty & mutual support & are a major means by which we care for people.
LOCAL CHURCHJesus encouraged His followers to have a broad kingdom perspective, which is also out worked with others in a local church. His focus is always people who are also priority to us. Every believer needs a strong relationship with Jesus alongside a commitment & accountability to others for personal growth & ministry. RELEVANCEBeing able to relate with & understand others is important if we hope to effectively interact with our community. We balance this with the passion to also remain true to God’s word.
THE BIBLEThe bible is God’s word to us & contains His counsel & shines wisdom into every area of personal & corporate life. It is God's special revelation to us and show us His character and nature. Learning from teachers of the scriptures is a major catalyst for change in the lives of people individually & corporately. We encourage everyone to be involved in private & corporate learning
VISION & VALUESGod desires to reveal His purposes for people individually & corporately. In regards to the church - it is important for leaders to find what these are & boldly encourage & lead the church into them. We believe families & churches express themselves through that which is of value to them. Vision is then birthed from those values. If you appreciate what we embrace & value then you will enjoy journeying with us.
WORSHIP & PRAISEWe value regular involvement in worship both privately & corporately. Real heart yearnings for God prompt outward expressions of those feelings. It's OK to sing, clap, shout, bow, kneel, dance & lift hands during times of worship. Obviously this must be balanced with sensitivity to those around you at the time.
